Biography: David G. Saliba is a partner in the Boston, Massachusetts Law Firm Saliba & Saliba.  David is a member of the American Property Tax Counsel, The Massachusetts Bar Association and The New Hampshire Bar Association.  Before becoming a partner with Saliba & Saliba David worked at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue Office of Special Investigations. David authored the Legal Opinion Column for the Massachusetts Associaition of Assessing Officers Newsletter from 1982-2000. He also authored a monthly tax column for the publication Globest.com. He currently authors a quarterly tax column for the American Property Tax Counsel. David has lectured at the Massachusetts Assessors' School at the University of Massachusetts, and for the Institute for Professionals in Taxation and for the American Bar Association. David the past Chairman of the Municipal Tax Committee of the Boston Bar Association. Is a Council Member of the Massachusetts Bar Association Tax Section and is the current Co-Chairman of the Municipal Tax Practice Group of the Massachusetts Bar Association. David practices entirely in the field of property taxation. He handles property tax matters at all levels of appeal.
