Prior Author of the legal opinion column for the Massachusetts Association of Assessing officers. Former instructor of real estate tax appeal at Suffolk University Law School. Has lectured before the Massachusetts Assessors' School, Northeast Regional Association of Assessing Officers and the IAAO. Former member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Member of the American Property Tax Counsel.
