Member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1952. Author of the book published by the IAAO entitled “Real Estate Valuation in Court.” Former Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston. Former Associate Commissioner of Assessing for the City of Boston. Former Chief Trial Attorney for the City of Boston Assessing Department. Prior Author of the legal opinion column for the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers. Former instructor of real estate tax appeal at Suffolk University Law School. Has lectured before the Massachusetts Assessors’ School, the Northeast Regional Association of Assessing Officers and the IAAO. Former member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Member of the American Property Tax Counsel.
